LED Toy Soldier (Large)

A toy soldier is a common gift bestowed to children during the winter holiday season. But how many of these toy soldiers are ornate with hundreds of enamoring light bulbs and stand more than seven feet tall? Here is one that does. Brite Idea's LED Toy Soldier is not an actual toy; it’s a massive holiday decoration constructed of steel, electrical wiring, and miniature LED light bulbs, all combined to create a piece that is both monumental in stature and beautiful to see. The LED Toy Soldier stands 87 inches tall, and it has a width of 24 inches. Its size is not its only dazzling aspect. Its shape, with all its thoughtful detail, has been created using a complex frame made out of commercial-grade, rust-resistant, powder-coated steel. The small touches—such as the bill of the soldier’s cap, the cuffs on his shoulders, the cross over his chest, and the contours of his belt—are realized in this design. Every inch of this steel outline is adorned with electrical wiring that supports a network of 200 mini LED lights. Adding to its visual flair are the various colors. The soldier’s hat and most of his uniform are a deep red. The cuffs on his shoulders, the centerpiece of his belt, and the adornment atop of his hat are a golden yellow. His pants and the X-shaped cross on his chest are blue. Finally, his face, gloves, and shoes are bright white. All of these bulbs, regardless of the hue they emit, are covered by a UV-protected color clip designed for durability. The bulbs are spaced two inches apart and can also be individually replaced if need be throughout the life of the display. Because of its tremendous size, the LED Toy Soldier will probably be designated for outdoor holiday display. However, it will function with equal brilliance indoors, as well.
